Claims governance / public record
Editorial, Claims, Sources, and Corrections Standard
Public factual claims should be evidence-led, clearly attributed, reviewed before publication, and corrected when the record changes.
noindex until the authorized owner and qualified counsel complete the approvals required by the compliance workbook.Claim approval
Before a material claim is published, record the Claim ID, supporting evidence, owner, permitted wording, restrictions, approval date, publication date, and review date. Legally sensitive claims require qualified legal review.
Source selection
Use primary or first-party sources where available. Cite material factual statements, distinguish current facts from plans, identify uncertainty, and do not infer clients, partners, credentials, press, performance, affiliations, or product facts from promotional context.
Organization bylines
Use “Stature Assets LLC” for parent-company content and “Stature Operations LLC” for Stature Luxury content. Do not use a named author unless the person's name, title, authority, and public use are separately approved.
Reviews and third parties
Do not publish fabricated or unverified reviews, testimonials, customers, partners, experts, advisers, awards, or press references. Any permitted use must be accurate, supported, and disclose material connections where required.
Corrections
Remove or correct a material error as soon as identified and no later than the current 10-day communication window. Record the prior wording, correction, date, reason, approver, and affected files. Correction requests may be sent to stature@staturewealth.com.
Review cadence
Review entity and policy claims at least annually, product claims before each item is published, and technical claims after every material website change. Financial-performance claims are not approved for public use.
