Stature Luxury / item review
Authenticity and Sourcing Standards
These standards describe current internal review boundaries without creating a blanket guarantee, certification, or consumer authentication service.
noindex until the authorized owner and qualified counsel complete the approvals required by the compliance workbook.Inventory model
Stature Operations LLC acquires goods for its own inventory and offers owned goods through eBay. It does not currently accept consignments or provide item sourcing services for specific customer requests.
Item review
Items are reviewed before listing using physical inspection, comparison information, and experienced opinion. A third-party authentication service may be used when Stature considers it appropriate. Provider-specific reports or certificates, when available, apply only to the identified item and service.
Limits
Stature does not provide authentication services to consumers and does not make a blanket “certified authentic” promise. An item-specific listing should state the review actually performed and should not imply a level of evidence that does not exist.
No disclaimer on this page removes a right or remedy available under applicable law or the relevant eBay process.
Records and rejection
Before listing, Stature creates photographs of the actual item and drafts an item description. If an item raises material authenticity, title, condition, or description concerns, it should not be offered unless those concerns are resolved and the listing is supportable.
Provenance terminology
“Provenance” must not be used to imply documented ownership history, source records, or chain of custody unless the specific listing identifies the records supporting that statement. General prestige or craftsmanship language is not provenance evidence.
Designer-brand independence
See the Designer-Brand Non-Affiliation Notice. Designer names identify goods only.
