Website inquiries are non-binding email communications. They do not reserve goods, confirm availability, create an order, or establish a paid service.

The website form prepares an email in your email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. The website does not store the form fields on a Stature server.
No transaction or commitment
An inquiry, reply, consultation email, or other correspondence does not create a purchase, reservation, item hold, sourcing engagement, consignment, partnership, investment opportunity, agency relationship, or contract. Only a completed eBay order confirmed through eBay forms a goods transaction.
Current scope
Stature Luxury currently sells owned inventory. It does not currently offer client sourcing, consignment, deposits, retainers, quotes, or reservation services. Email consultations are not billed.
Response expectations
Customer service has no fixed public operating hours. Stature intends to respond to appropriate inquiries within 10 calendar days. It may decline or close correspondence that is abusive, unlawful, unsafe, unrelated to current operations, or otherwise inappropriate.
Information to include
Include only the information needed to identify your question. Do not send payment data, passwords, authentication codes, government identification, health information, or other sensitive information. Review the Privacy Policy.
