1. Controller and contact

Stature Operations LLC is the privacy contact for the website. Parent-company inquiries concerning Stature Assets LLC may use the same public email address.

2. Information collected

The website does not use a hosted contact-form endpoint. The inquiry form prepares an email in your email application. Information is transmitted only when you choose to send the email through your provider.

• Your email address and any name, organization, reference, order number, or other information included in your message.
• Correspondence and service records created when Stature responds.
• For eBay transactions, information made available to the seller through eBay under the applicable marketplace process.

Do not send payment-card data, bank information, passwords, authentication codes, government identification, health information, or other sensitive information that is not needed for an inquiry.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide customer service, manage marketplace-related questions, address privacy, accessibility, legal, or intellectual-property requests, maintain necessary records, and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

For people in the EEA or United Kingdom, the intended legal bases are steps taken at your request before a possible transaction, legitimate interests in responding and maintaining appropriate business records, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable. No automated decision-making or profiling is used.

4. Recipients and service providers

Information may be processed through the public email provider and, when relevant, eBay, carriers, authentication providers, or legal and law-enforcement resources. The workbook identifies Netlify for hosting and DNS, Namecheap for domain services, Private Mail or Atomic Mail for email, and eBay and carriers for marketplace operations.

Stature does not sell, rent, exchange, or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. It does not use inquiry addresses for newsletters, promotions, or audience creation.

5. Cookies and tracking

Stature does not currently deploy analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, or Stature-set cookies on these pages. See the Cookie Notice.

6. Retention

Correspondence is currently maintained in the relevant email or eBay account, and no fixed deletion schedule has been formally approved. Stature will consider deletion requests and may retain information where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, transaction records, disputes, fraud prevention, safety, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

This disclosed absence of a fixed schedule is an operational limitation and should not be read as a promise to retain every message permanently.

7. International processing

The company is based in the United States, and the workbook states that information is stored and accessed in the United States. If you contact Stature from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. No separate cross-border transfer mechanism or non-U.S. representative has been confirmed in the workbook.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask whether Stature holds information about you and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable. Send the request from the relevant email address to stature@staturewealth.com and describe the records involved. Stature may request enough information to verify the request.

People in the EEA or United Kingdom may also have rights to data portability and to complain to their local data-protection authority. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law and the purpose of processing.

9. Children

The website is not directed to children under 13, and Stature does not knowingly accept personal information from children. Website inquiries are limited to people who are at least 18 years old. If Stature learns that a child submitted personal information, it will review the record for deletion.

10. Security and incidents

Access to inquiry records is limited to the owner and the relevant service providers. The workbook states that no separate written information-security or incident-response program has been completed. No electronic transmission or storage method can be promised as completely secure.

Stature will investigate known incidents and make notifications required by applicable law. Security concerns may be sent to the public contact email.

11. Updates

Last updated July 21, 2026. The policy will be revised before any material new use of personal information, analytics, advertising, hosted forms, or marketing email is introduced.
